They don’t fix repairs n they never answer their phones n rent can’t never be addressed on phone only in court if the client owes only I’m a client for 30 yrs n it’s impossible to get anything fixed
Terrible management. Inadequate heat throughout the building. Just enough to keep HPD at bay, but freezing at night and during the day. Repairs are shabby and done with the cheapest material. The main office is filled with rude, inept people with no regard for the tenants. If I could give 0 stars I would! Typical slumlord..
They treat tenants without respect. They act as they are doing you a favor having you as a tenant.
Do NOT LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE. Such a scam. Do NOT i repeat Do NOT lease with BRC 233 Landing Rd. They are affiliated and don't detail the lease to you. You will end up in a shelter setting. Take my word. I'm living proof.
