WARNING: There is an EMAIL VIRUS going around Stafford County that has affected Bill's personal computer. This morning, we received an email from Leming and Healy Law Firm (as we were expecting documents from them) that contained an infected .PDF. IF you get anything from Bill that includes an attachment and the subject line says something about a document needing your attention - DO NOT OPEN IT. Chris Kaila's email has also been infected and has sent emails out. See attached screenshot.
****IF you are sending in ANY sort of adoption applications,- CSV forms or surrender forms, please consider faxing them to 866-522-8042 rather than emailing, just to be on the safe side. We will not be opening any email attachments until we're sure our systems are secure.****
