I have been waiting for my Warranty certificate for over 2 months. Two phone calls to Francine at the business has resulted in nothing yet from this company. I have emailed their response site 2 times without a peep in reply. If they are not going to answer it, then take it off web. Last time Francine, who was concerned and very apologetic, said she was going to talk to the owner. Nothing yet for a certificate that should take 30 seconds to produce and get a signature. Simple process!!!!!!! what's the hold up????????
