They away are good by show house
The shower fan is collecting heavy dirt, there is mold all over the ceiling, corners of shower and walls. Got done with a dirty, moldy shower, went into Denny's to grab breakfast and walked out because the table was filthy, we were flicking chunks of food off the table from the previous people.
