Who paints the house with flat paint, Lemel Homes does. I didn't realize the issue until 3 years in when cleaning the walls and doing touchups. My kids got certain living areas dirty and it was hard to get them clean. Cleaning the bathroom walls(painted with eggshell), the cleaning was a breeze. So...I will have to repaint the house over time to upgrade to something that is easily cleaned.
