Haven’t had any hot water in my unit for nearly a month. They’ve been ignoring emails & phone calls after telling me they’re waiting for a part that was supposed to arrive weeks ago. I’ve given more than enough time for maintenance to come out & fix it still nothing. I’ve only been here a month & im over it already. UPDATE : ITS MARCH STILL NO HOT WATER
Maintance is too slow. Takes forever just yo get a light bulb or battery change
Went from bad to good. They are helpful and polite and caring
Staff very unprofessional. Lack of communication regarding problems with my unit. They don’t care about there tenants at all I don’t recommend this nasty place maintenance guys are not licensed .
