My time at Le May Lake was a terrible ordeal that has left me in an absolutely horrible financial and mental situation. Despite my efforts to be helpful, I was abruptly fired, which has led to me losing my apartment and all my savings. The leadership, including Chris and Dawn, contributed to a toxic atmosphere. May Lake was a dream turned nightmare.
I enjoyed the 2 years I lived in Lemay Lake. The management were always polite and friendly whenever I interacted with them, especially Olivia and Dawn. Maintenance can be slow but when they get around to it, the issue gets fixed quick. I was never made uncomfortable as they announce themselves before coming in and go straight to work. None engage in small talk unless you direct yourself to them. Victor and JJ are respectful men. Property is run down and not taken care of. Management is arrogant and ignorant. They only want your money and signature. After that they could care less what happens. Frequent break ins to cars in the underground garage and apartment break ins. They will rent to anyone. Absolute slums. If you have a normal standard of living stay far away from this place. Lemay lake is a horrible property. The old maitence crew was good but they quit due to the property manager being arrogant. The new maitence people are predators. Beware o... read more
This apartment is amazing I am moving here with my mom and my dad and I love I have my own bathroom!!!!!!! People are fun polices this place is awesome sauce!!
