I just wanted to thank for the time we spent at Lemarsh Gardens. It was an great apartment, a great view. In a secure zone and with rent control. It has a clean and big pool, and they have a cool space for small reunions or birthday parties by the pool. I highly recommend everyone with or without kids to lease at Lemarsh Gardens. Recently had an issue with my air conditioner. Contacted Stephanie, the manager, and she sent the maintenance man over for repairs right away. He was so nice and had it fixed in no time. The manager is always a pleasure to deal with, I appreciate how quickly she was able to resolve this.
We had some water damage due to a broken toilet hose in the floor above and had to deal with some flooding in the front hallway and the bathroom at 3am. The cleaning crew that came the first day everything was dry did an AMAZING job! They deep cleaned the front hallway and the bathroom, they looked brand new when they were done. They restuccoed the ceiling parts that had water damage and took care of the damaged light fixture. I lived at Lemarsh Gardens for over 2 years. I can't thank Stephanie enough. She ran my credit and made sure I was able to move in quickly. Amazing neighborhood too. The local schools are simply the best.
I've lived at Le Marsh Gardens for almost 4 years. I consider this my home and highly recommend it to all perspective renters. The grounds are always clean and the maintenance is on top of everything. The pool is nice and clean. The manager is very sweet.
