Shena came to Willow Office after I had been living here for 5 years and problems began. 1st with loud and threating neighbors to snow and ice removal,the inspection she personally did she wrote me up for dust. Didn't spray regularly for bugs and then 1 building or apt at a time. When they spread I was told to catch some and bring them to office. Waited over a month for bug man.
