Very—very slow; Extremely slow. Hopefully you hire some robots and actually get the job finished
We are a subcontractor that did work for them on the Marriott in palmetto last year, They kept promising that they would pay with a credit card until I was past 45 days which gave me no lien rights,they stiffed us on Payment and have since ignored us claiming that Marriott owed them a bunch of money so they weren’t going to pay us until they litigated, a year later here we are and still nothing-SRQ concrete cutting
They don't pay subcontractors. Beware because this will likely result in a lien on YOUR property if you hire them!
I've been a developer for over 40 years haven't met a more honest & upfront company. They do exactly what they say. I would recommend LEMA to any owner considering them for their next project. Mine was over $45 MM. 5 stars
Lema has been working on the construction side of the Avalon Park Wesley Chapel development along side us at Nye Commercial who have been assisting in the leasing.
