I've noticed people who rent from them are people who like living in slum houses and are problem tenants. That's all they have in our neighborhood. Lem manages property of landlords. For 9 years we have had problems with a house they manage on 800 block of polk st. MANY residence complains about their block and the people their renters draw, gangs, Shooters, loud music etc. When they have been approached about their renters and the activities at their home they make excuses about fixing the problem.
