Something has changed with this company and not for the good. My Mother has used them for lots of years and when her a/c went out they told her a new one was needed which is fine, but to just say it'll be 5 grand and act like they dont even want the job is ridiculous. She's 84 years old and handicapped and told to get a window unit. This is after paying for the visit to diagnose a 30 year old r-22 system which if your the company she has coming to the house every year to service this wouldn't some things need to be mentioned... read more
We have had two calls in to Lem-Aire and both times the service and interactions have been amazing. Last year Micheal came out and fixed up a fuse/wire issue for us with same day service. Yesterday our fan motor was out on our A/C. Jim came out yesterday and diagnosed the issue and then today was able to get the new part installed and our home is back to running like normal.
