Went to get my nails done last week, I was not happy with the result and I expressed my feelings to the tech. And he his answer was that if I didn’t like them I would have to pay $50 additional to my $75. I’ve been coming here several times and I’ve never had a problem but now I will not be considering returning to a place that did not care to fix my nails after expressed several times I did not like them. I have referred other friend also but now I’m very disappointed.
Probably THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received in my life! DO NOT GO HERE! Trust the negative reviews. I have had several bad pedicures here. Awful management. I really hoped this would be a good place but unfortunately it's not. Please find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.
It cost me 40$ for a toe nail polish change! That is insane! They tried to tell me the price was extra because they needed to file and cut my nails. If I would have gotten a 35$ pedicure and paid 10 extra for shellac that would have been reasonable and came to 45$. But all I got for 40$ was nail filing and color change: The other nail salon Soleil charges me 25$ for nail clean up and shellac. The place over all was nice and the front desk person kind.
