Normally have a good experience but this last time not so much. My nails were chipping after 3 days and my acrylic toe nail popped off, no big deal until I went back to get it fixed and I was made like I’m the issue. Primer was not put on again so I’m sure they will pop back off, and my nails chipped all around the sides did not get fixed, back to Apple Nails. I have been going here since they opened and I’m so disappointed that I will not be returning. A few months back, I went in after making an appointment and my normal nail tech had left and went home sick. I really needed to get my nails done that day so I agreed to let a different tech do them. I reached out to the salon after that experience and let them know how disappointed I was that he completely cut down all of my nails after I asked him not to, and he was extremely rude. Always happy with my nails when I leave. The salon is clean and always prompt. Oh and a complimentary wine tops off the experience
Went with my niece and sister for her bday celebration was greeted with rude welcoming.. As a cosmetologist I fell bad for anyone coming to this place highly recommend going elsewhere where especially if u have a younger client.. If feeling better when u leave here is NOT THEIR GOALS … CLEAR AS DAY HERE. They said no record of me being in here. My sister made the appointments and I’ll post the pics of us getting the service. lol as u can see customer service 0/10 ..
Was my 1st time there. I probably won't go back. Stylist wasn't very friendly. Didnt talk at all. Told me to go wash my hands. I had never ben there before. Had to ask someone else where the sink was. And when I got home. I had to fix up my nails. Just not a good over all experience.
