This spring I decided that I was finally ready to downsize to a smaller home. Lella Norberg was the first agent that came to mind. I had visited many of her open houses in Innis Arden. She listened well to what I wanted in my next home and The first house I saw was the perfect one for me. Lella Has so much experience and she is very efficient and knowledgeable about every aspect of home buy and selling. She was so generous with as much help as I needed. We worked with Lella Norberg to sell a very unique family home that my mother designed and lived in for 60 years. Lella helped us navigate through the process of emptying years of stuff from the house, fixing up the crowded garden, finding contractors to fix broken things, cleaning the house, staging the house and ultimately finding us the perfect buyers.
