My first impression was ruined. Always confirm your appointment before coming! I had an appointment with Frank Xaviar and good thing a called to confirm - I wasn't on a list after I scheduled appointment with Frank few days before. The only one who could help and reschedule (unfortunately, to another stylist) - very polite and friendly receptionist, - but not Frank by himself - he simply hung up the phone, when I was trying to figure out this problem. Great Stylist – Yasmin Tricomi is the best hairstylist I have ever had. I found her thru city search when she was a stylist at Melt Spa. I am pleased with her haircuts and she colors the sides of my greying hair so delicately no one knows that I do this , which I am happy about. i recently read a review about her and can tell you that she was the happiest pregnant woman I have ever met as she tried for years to have children . Best Haircut Anywhere – I've been going to Frank at L'elegance for years and years. Without question, Frank is the best around. Excellence haircut and when you're in his chair, his undivided attention is on you. Besides being extremely talented, he's also a very nice person. Bravo to Frank!
