Our experience was very marginal. The sales associate was demeaning and insinuated they were the only establishment that had American made patio sets. We went there first due to the rating but won't be back. Found exactly what we were looking for, which was American made also, at the next place we stopped.
Have only purchased some smaller items, but quality and very knowledgeable and helpful staff that was eager to help guide me in troubleshooting a gas fireplace issue.
Great friendly staff! Could have spent hours in there talking with everyone. SO helpful when it came to helping me furnish my back deck!
