RecommendedLocation, location, location! AND people, people, people! In the time we've lived here, we've never regretted our decision. The management is terrific, the maintenance staff is knowledgeable and responsive. It's difficult finding a home when your family includes "fur-kids". It's even more difficult to find a place that welcomes them! Bay Village is such a place. A community unto itself, Bay Village is located in Whitefish Bay, seriously one of the nicest "bedroom" communities surrounding Milwaukee.
RecommendedThe apartments are spacious and updated, the grounds are kept immaculate, the staff and maintenance crew are very personable and always willing to answer questions and help in any way. Even the neighbors I've crossed paths with are super friendly.
I am on the fence about recommending this place. My fiance and I rented a 2 bedroom ground floor unit for one year. we knew we were only going to stay for a year. We were impressed by the sizes of the bedrooms and closets. The bathroom and kitchen were nicely updated. The kitchen included new, full size stainless steel appliances. The underground parking was great, though the garage doors would get stuck open at least once a month. However, we experienced very poor communication from the office staff. RecommendedBay Village is a great place to call home. The floor plans are great, everything is so nice and updated. I get my own washer and dryer, and the management is always helpful. I would recommend living here to anyone!
