Leland causes chaos. If you want your to hate where you live these are the people you want managing your HOA. People including myself are leaving neighborhoods because of their terrible management.
An absolute joke of an HOA facilitator that does nothing to help improve the community, but will nickel and dime you in a heartbeat for any minor inconvenience.
