I called to make an appointment the secretary answer and told me to wait and put me on hold. Then I waited for an hour and the operator said to leave a message. I called again and she answered and I told her that I was waiting for about an hour and she hang up. The service is bad because of this secretary.
Dr. Lekha Desai has been treating my wife for several months now. She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. We are sorry to hear that she is leaving the Elizabeth facility. We want to thank Dr. Desai for the treatments and wish her the best in the state she is moving to.
As always Dr Desai and staff are friendly, informative and professional. Explanations of procedures, testing and results are given with care and understandable. Great practice. J
