Needed some mugs printed urgently for an event. Their team could not of been better to deal with and the print quality and colour matching was excellent. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional. We dropped off (very expensive) stainless cups for printing and emailed artwork, had no response to emails, no response to text messages, when calling we were told tomorrow, tomorrow and nothing again. No work was carried out for over 3 weeks. We ended up picking cups back up, waste of time. Now we find that one cup has one gone missing. Never again.

Charged a premium price for printed enamel cups , I believe $14 a piece smaller order ( 25 sets ) Was told my artwork needed to be vectored ( additional $30 ) Received cups , all 25 have terrible markings through the writing and can’t sell them as is . Before writing this I’ve tried to contact the owner via email and text and it would appear his phone has grown legs and walked off.
