Moved to the area and had an appointment with a Dr, long overdue for retirement. Asked me what I am going to do for medication and referred me back to the Dr, miles away, to where I moved from. . Useless, ineffective, shameful. Should be disbarred.
For many years now my wife and I are patients of Dr John James and Dr Narges Zolfaghari. (There are other doctors there as well.) We are very grateful for their care and attention. The practice manager, nurses and receptionists make for a complete complement for full backing for our needs.
I’m very disappointed with how my appointment cancellation was handled. When I called to cancel my appointment and transfer it to my husband, I was explicitly told that he could book the same time slot online and that it was available. However, when he attempted to book it, it was no longer available. This is completely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for patients. Dr Narges Zolfaghari Is the worst Dr please avoid seeing her. Don’t waste your time or money with her . She is very rude and has issue with understanding English. I don’t recommend her to anyone save your time and money. I have been suffering with so much pain and she send me to the wrong specialist. Even the specialist advised me to not see Dr Narges Zolfaghari anymore.
