I really like Dr Nilsa and her team. They make you.feel like you matter. Rare quality in medicine these days. It took three tries elsewhere before I ended up here after moving from Denver last year. Highly recommend this clinic
I was surprised to learn that I had been removed from her patient list because I did not have an appointment during the covid years. I was not sick and would not risk entering the office. When I tried to get a new appointment, I was told I'd have to wait for a patient reinstatement review . I left phone messages weekly for 7 weeks and NEVER got a call back. After waiting for 2 1/2 hrs in a small cold room, she came in and said how are you? I said awful, I am cold, hungry, tired, my back hurts and I want to cry! I have been here waiting for you in this room for almost three hours, I don’t mean to be difficult, but this is not good. She said I was a difficult patient, this is not the first time you have complained, you think I should spend all my time with you and not anyone else, you complain a lot!! My wife and I liked Dr Levia. We were very unhappy getting test results from her office staff.
I love her a wonderful doctor, however getting through to her staff to help you is a serious problem . They lie to you just to get you off the phone . It is the worst front office I have ever dealt with in a medical environment. If you can see the doctor and what that means is they won’t even give you an appointment. Seriously, I don’t want to find another doctor however I just am at my ropes end . Trying to figure out what to do. Dr. Nilsa Leiva is very professional and patient. She listens when you speak and makes sure your visit is complete before you leave. She's been my doctor for 13 years and I highly recommend her.

Dr Nilsa Leiva is wonderful. She is caring and also efficient, I would not want to see anyone else. When I was in hospital with pneumonia her husband Dr Lloyd Leiva came to see how I was every day. This is a great family practice.
Dr. Nilsa Leiva has a wonderful "bedside" manner. She is an excellent listener and never makes me feel rushed during my appointment. She is both skillful and understanding, and has greatly improved treatment of two specific medical issues for me. I have been her patient since 2014. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.
