We found the car We were interested in online, completed all of the paperwork, was able to choose online our finance options and do everything before we ever went into the dealership. Greg, a salesman, called, super polite and courteous, to us a few questions about what we had submitted online and from there took control to make the deal happen. Service staff was nice and they seen me without an appointment, I do wish there had been a little more care taken in response to COVID. None of the staff had a mask on, when greeted you are in very close contact, also didn't see the seating being sanitized after customers left. I know its not mandatory but I think out of respect for the customers a little more could be done. They did sanitize the pen before I signed my paperwork Kudos on that one.
Great experience. Ales Olecky worked to get us the best deal for our car and the most money for our trade. Hands down best car buying experience ever.
