On 7/24/23, I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Leith Toyota. Drove it +/- 1700 miles over the course of the next week to 10 days, when it started making a ticking sound. My mechanic tells me the oil dipstick is dry; advises that I call the dealership, as he believes the vehicle left the dealership with this issue. RecommendedI had the pleasure of working with Barry Frucht to purchase my new 2023 BMW X3. Barry was easy to work with, very friendly, and never made me feel pressured. He was extremely patient, and took the time to research other options for me based on my specific needs. This was by far one of the easiest car buying experiences that I have had to date.
We were recently traveling back home to Boston from Florida when apparently all four tires got nails in them from rte. 95 near Raleigh. In a panic we saw Leith was the closest dealership. Poor Customer service in the Service department.
The sales guys were helpful, tried to get me a good deal but Julianne in finance had terrible body odor. I couldn't even breathe.

I went in recently looking to purchase an M4. A woman named Julianne began to assist us and my wife and I were overcome with the foul stench of body odor through our masks even. We tried to withstand it but it was awful and made a quick exit. Being a higher end sales team I expect the whole experience to be luxurious. This was not luxurious. It smelled like a 12 hour basement dungeons and dragons party with pizza hut and mountain dew as the main diet. Hygiene is not a hard task and yet Julianne smelled worse than a YMCA male... read more

They could reach out and accept responsibility for the damage done to my car. This is the only BMW dealership in the area so its obvious i will have to go back here at some point. A dropped my vehicle off to have the tpms fixed and picked it up with a large chip in my windshield. Instead of replacing the windshield they simply "repaired it".
