While searching for a GMC Truck online I found the truck I wanted at Leith Ford In Wendell N.C.. While talking to the salesman I was told that this was a GMC cerified truck and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. It was a 2011 GMC Sierra SLE extended cab with 19,000 miles on it. We found a car we were interested in online and before they had a chance to run it through reconditioning. But wow, reading other reviews about Leith and Harry makes me think that they aren’t the same people. We had four problems with our purchase: 1. Harry gave us apprehensive, hostile, and dismissive answers when we were negotiating on the car. All we wanted to do was understand the value of the vehicle. Very Satisfied – Went to Leith Ford and thought id just look around. A salesman came out to me and just started talking. He wasnt pushy and was very sincere about helping me. When I deside to purchase I will be going back to see Mike Cooper to get my new Vehicle.

Leith Ford Parts = Great Service – I recently went to the parts department to purchase some accessories for my daughters used Ford Fusion. The parts person, Donnie, was very helpful in getting exactly what I wanted for her car. Later when I got home I realized I had forgotten to see if they had a specific trunk accessory and had to call back. Thomas answered the phone and helped me order this item. It's about time I found a car shop I could get consistent honest advice on what needs to be done, and consistent quality service at a fair price.
