I'm disappointed with quality of service by my service advisor. I recently purchased a Jetta and was having issues with my entire sound system. It’s still under factory warranty. Only one speaker was replaced and now, less that one week later, there is no bass coming from any of my speakers. @Matt, I wish you had paid more close attention to my concerns when I came back the day after my visit. They went above and beyond for my husband and I when we had a lug nut we couldn't get off do to it being one that was after market even though they didn't have they right key they done everything they could to try and help us and I thank them for that also love they way they played and treated our 11 month old son
