Excellent customer service & knowledgeable and friendly staff
Had a poor experience at Leith VW of Raleigh. Bought my first car in NC at Leith Honda and had a wonderful experience but VW was a different story.Made appointment over the phone to test drive the id4 for later in the day at 3-3:30 depending on when I finished work. They said perfect we will put you down for 3:30 and if you come early no big deal we will take care of you. I ended up getting there at around 2:50. Owning a "newer" car, particularly a "CPO" should NEVER be as fraught with issues and hassle as this. I purchased a 2019 VW Jetta R, my first VW ever from Leith about 4 months ago. It has been in the shop WAY too much. They had to replace the battery, which, at first, they were not going to. However, they eventually did. A side paneling, which covers the seat belt came loose, and I have to repeatedly push it back in place. Then, my rear view mirror fell (adhesive failed). Just bought my second vehicle from Leith VW of Raleigh and the experience was exceptional. Michael was very knowledgeable of the Atlas I was looking at and kept me informed throughout the entire process while I waited for various steps to be completed. Will definitely be going back in the future for my next VW.
They wasted my time by making an appointment when the car had been sold the day before.
