Bobby and Jordan did great work to our Atlas! We had a dead battery the day before we were to be induced and they were able to get us in first thing in the morning to get it fixed.
First of all, I’d like to thank Bobby. As a foreigner, I sometimes struggle with communicating in English, but he really helped me a lot with the warranty repair process for my Taos. He kindly explained the issues with my car in detail, and even set me up with a rental car after I dropped mine off, which made things so much easier.
Went in for an oil change. When I picked it up, it had a check engine light on. I thought it was just a glitch because mk8 GTI is known to have random faults pop up on the dash. Next day the check engine light is still there so I go back and tell them to check it out, maybe they overfilled it. They tell me the oil is fine and it had nothing to do with them.
