Customer #: V308477 I initially felt that the service fee was quite high, but after picking up my car and driving it on the road, I could immediately feel the difference. My car was smooth and sturdy again, reminiscent of how it felt when I first bought it one and half year ago. I noticed that the technician did an excellent job, and his work made a significant difference in maintaining my car's safety. I truly appreciate his efforts!
The so called VW Authorized technicians are not able to figure out what’s wrong with my car. Basically they don’t want to spend much time on your car diagnosing the problem. All they care about is the number of cars they service in a day, not customer satisfaction. Never coming back.
They are always very knowledgeable & professional.
Took over 2.5hrs for a SCHEDULED Oil Change. Still had to reschedule to come back for a maintenance light diagnostic. Not impressed w 1st Visit!!
