I went there to pick up transmission, fluid and brake fluid and power steering fluid for my Toyota Avalon. The guy in the parks department was very nice and tried to be very helpful. Unfortunately the advice he gave me was not sound. But he did sell me power steering fluid for my electric power steering that requires none. All the parts I needed were readily available and it's a really nice place
This is my favorite dealership parts department! The team is great and can always find what I need. I just did a rear disc conversion on my 07 corolla and was missing the shoe struts. Tedi found them and sent me diagrams via email to make sure I had EVERYTHING! (There is not much information online showing off the 05 XRS parking brake assembly) The shoe struts showed different part numbers for each side, but showed to be the same part in the toyota system.
