Took my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee in on Monday 22 of July with the Service 4WD light on. I told them this light came on after I had just taken it in 2 weeks before with a nail in my tire . I asked if it could be relate to the issue I was experiencing. The service person said no and I would have to pay a diagnostic test of $250 to find the cause so I agreed. Took my 2013 KIA ****** in for service yesterday. I was very detailed about my issue. Diagnostic was run, recommendations made. I know guarantees cannot be made, but they expressed confidence that their recommendations would alleviate the issue. They could not reproduce the issue in diagnostic but attended to recalls and an ECU upgrade. The issue worsened. I could not safely drive back home. Got a tow back to the dealership. The Service Manager named *** at Leith GMC is a LIAR to his customers, to the court, laughs at them when they are upset with their service and refused to give me his bosses number. Had to go to Small Claims Court today and plays the victim that he felt scared because I am a war Veteran. I hope you sleep well at night Ben.To ***'s bosses,I just wanted you to know you have a dishonest person working for you and lied in court under oath. I wouldn't want that person working for my company or representing my name.

Be very careful when purchasing a used vehicle from this place because they do not inspect their vehicles prior to selling them. Purchased a vehicle on Monday, noticed a problem Monday evening. Called Tuesday morning, made an appointment, they took almost a week to fix the issue and demanded $500. It shouldnt matter if its a used vehicle or not, thats just a crooked way to conduct business. This is why used car salesmen have the reputation they do.

Given the run around from minute one. Went out to see a particular vehicle after talking to online sales person, after getting to dealership was told vehicle was not for sale and proceeded to show us a different more expensive vehicle. Vehicle had 1800 miles on it and paperwork showed 200 miles. We bought the vehicle but had to keep going back to get paperwork right and have extras we paid for installed. We like the vehicle but not happy about the way they do business. No one ever calls back and we are missing a tray from ce... read more

Took our vehicle in for service. We picked up after closing and less than 1 mile from the dealership the wheel came off our vehicle on the hwy. The dealership has "fixed" the repairs but has been a nightmare to deal with through the process. At this point i dont trust the repairs that have been made and they dont even want to help with trading vehicle in on another. We have waited over a week for them to transfer a vehicle for us to look at from a sister dealership less than 20 mins away. All the mean time telling us we need... read more

Remarkable service. We had our 2017 Jeep Cherokee serviced here after an ongoing issue which caused our blower motor to need to be replaced 5 times at other dealerships. We had been mistreated and given the runaround by other incompetent Raleigh dealerships, but this dealership stepped up, without appointment, and outdid themselves. *****, ****, and ****** * fixed our issue and we are beyond appreciative. I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 new. I have serviced the car regularly at the dealer. I told them of a noisy condition while riding. They road tested and said it was ok. Routine tire rotations were done during this stretch of time along with the 24 point check. No issues. In October 2016 a tire rotation was done, at least they said they did. In January 2017 both rear tires were worn down to the steel belts. I had all 4 tires replaced someplace else.
