I usually give the service department a 5 star rating, but my recent experience was not like other visits. I was waiting unexpectedly for almost 5 hours. There were a few additional things requiring attention with my car, but I had to reach out 3 separate times to the technician requesting an update. Twice my paperwork had been sitting in front of him and he hadn't gotten to it. Typically, the technician reaches out and provides updates through the process. Especially if its lengthy. Was having issues with my 17 armada. Forum search brought up a nissan bulletin for a ecu and tcu reprogramming. Scheduled the appointment and would have had the car back same day if it wast for the service department trying to get my warranty company 2 pay for it. Great service and great people.
I love being hung up on by the service department! Who needs to know the status of their car!
Took me 5 times calling to finally get a call back. Diagnostic price a little on the high side as well as the work they wanted todo.
