I would not use this service, they left a bad first impression. I called to make a service appointment. They took my name and number and said they would call me back. Three hours later I still had not been called. When I called back to make my appointment which was three for three days later, I was told there was no availability. Poor customer service that left a bad taste In my mouth. Nothing was done or offered to resolve this issue. Thankfully I was able to take my care elsewhere. This was my very first BMW, a 328i. I absolutely love the car. It is easy to see why the 3 Series is constantly on Car & Driver's 10 Best List. Not only am I incredibly happy with the new addition, but the overall experience here was first rate. I had been looking at several other brands (Audi, Lexus, and Infiniti). WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I have ever seen. On Monday I Made an appointment for Thursday i dropped the car off on Wednesday evening. Called Friday morning at 11 AM they told me my car would be ready between 2 and 3 PM. When I arrived to pick it up at 3PM they hadn't started on it they told me the part wasn't there and they were calling me all day to tell it wouldn't be done.
