I would not use this service, they left a bad first impression. I called to make a service appointment. They took my name and number and said they would call me back. Three hours later I still had not been called. When I called back to make my appointment which was three for three days later, I was told there was no availability. This was my very first BMW, a 328i. I absolutely love the car. It is easy to see why the 3 Series is constantly on Car & Driver's 10 Best List. Not only am I incredibly happy with the new addition, but the overall experience here was first rate. I had been looking at several other brands (Audi, Lexus, and Infiniti).
