This service center is everything that is wrong with modern mechanics. They try to take advantage every chance they get, misleading and try to add irrelevant additional charges. They also overcharge across the board even when comparing to other Honda dealers. They are friendly, but the type of friendly that is used to deceive and screw you over.
I purchased a brand-new 2025 Honda HRV from Southpoint Honda on September 11, 2024. A month after driving this car, I noticed a grinding noise from the rear passenger when backing up and driving up a slight hill. The noise continues to get my attention, so I scheduled to bring my car to the service dealer to check the brakes. My mom was un a car accident and my sister and I needed to get her in another one asap Nahla Aldhehma was very awsome!!! She made us feel very comfortable in the disition that we had made she payed attention to what we wanted for our mom and listened to us thank u soo much for making this process alot easier!!!! Took my vehicle here to be inspected due to a clunking noise I had while driving. They stated they couldn’t recreate the noise so I provided a video but they said they still couldn’t figure out what it was or recreate the noise. I took my vehicle to a different mechanic and they immediately discovered that I had a bad tie rod and said it was very obvious that it was bad.
