Dani was so helpful and available for any questions. Having come here for the last 10 years for service, I was shocked when I walked in during the renovation to find all of the working cubbies gone. I had to hover next to some who was just on their phone and sitting at one of only three round tables suitable for working on a laptop and sprint to claim it when they stood up. After Honda would not agree to pay for any of their transmission design problem, Leith gave me a quote of $14,000 to replace it for my '18 Pilot. This is DOUBLE what all the reputable shops in the area charge. I'm looking at filing a complaint with the NC Attorney General.
My wife had “Daisy” as her service agent. RUN. We’ve personally have had 4 Hondas over the past 20 years from Leith Honda. All fairly good and reasonable past experiences. This wasn’t and personally our worst experience. I’m considering paying for my free lifetime oil changes with a local mechanic just because the service has gone into the toilet. A 7:30 am appointment to look at an error code, and an oil change turned into a 5 hour wait to ultimately replace two rear tires and an oil change. They were unable to diagnose the... read more
