Even when scheduling a service, for a basic oil change, they will take all day. I dropped my vehicle off at my appointment at 8 am, and I didn't receive it until after 4 PM. Furthermore, they are VERY aggressive with service recommendations and will attempt to get you to pay for overpriced services. The customer service is poor, the entire service is poor. Go anywhere else.
Edit/update from August 2026: Arrived on time for my oil change appointment. Service members ignored me for several minutes and then provided prompt check in for two cars who arrived after me. When I relayed my frustration with the service member he was defensive and said ‘I have no way of knowing who showed up here first’ (LOL-poor customer service and that is literally part of your job). Free oil changes are barely enough incentive to go here. Jiffy lube is better.
In a word, we will never come back to Leith, not for service or to buy a new car. I spent time to fill out an online form with the VIN and my address, phone number, etc. I have no idea where that information went. I was handed paperwork for a Ridgeline, we have a CR-V. I asked for 4 services, only 2 were performed and that took 2.5 hours. The service advisor had no idea if the windsheild wipers had inserts. Seriously??
