Worst online car buying experience we have ever had. Unbelievable. Inquired about a used van on Autotrader to be told it’s available. Filled out credit app they sent to us. After receiving notification and credit dings and zero phone calls I had to call them. To find someone to help me. To be told Sorry we sold that van. Sorry we ran your credit. Now we have credit dings and No van. Wow!!! Thanks Leith.
3/29/2021 - I am revising my review for Leith Chrysler. - After owning the 2020 Pacifica for about 4 months and having less than 5000 miles the van started to leak in the back / collecting rain water in the 3rd row well for the seats. The repairs started 2/15/21 and finally resolved 3/25/21 after 3 attempts by the dealer. I get it sometimes things happen and Chrysler stood behind the van 100% and the leak is fixed. However my big complaint is the quality of workmanship of the service department. My van was returned to me th... read more

Do NOT take your car here for servicing. My family has been driving Hondas for a long time and typically have them serviced at a dealership in Texas. I was experiencing a loud roaring noise from the front left side of my 2011 Accord, and assumed it was a wheel bearing issue. To the comment that you took your car to the same mechanic for years, why didn't you get your tires from him? It would be nice to take to an objective automobile repair and see what they said about your brakes? When I got my tires, I bought two tires.
