I would recommend sales consultant Palmer Hassell. He guided me to which SUV to buy, because his knowledge of the Honda cars is wide and deep. He knew the pros and cons of car comparisons within the Honda lineup. Quite simply, he knows his cars--inside and out. He gave me space to proceed at my own pace. Bait and switch pricing, will not return They advertise these great lease deals on Prologues, but by their logic $2,000 down turns to nearly $7,000 down for a $199 lease payment I came in interested, with pre approval from Honda Financial, and they completely soured me on the prospect Place is a joke, look elsewhere
I'm always pleased with the service I get at the Paramus location. Frank is the best! He's knowledgeable on all things Honda but he really excels at knowing and understanding his customer's needs. My car is getting older but he, and the tech staff, are helping me keep her on the road. Thanks!
The sales team was excellent when I recently purchased a 2026 Passport SUV. Finance is another story. Do your due diligence concerning available interest rates. We were told with 800 credit scores Honda 5.2% financing was available when actually Honda 4.49% financing was available. We found the 4.49% interest rate on the internet.
I recently leased a 2026 Honda Sport Hybrid. Entering the dealership, I was not sure exactly what vehicle I wanted, but felt strongly about the Honda quality. If I could give them a zero I would . Jeff Wyler just sold my daughter a van 3 weeks ago and now the transmission is out. They won't fix it, they won't do a flat cancel of the loan, and they won't trade her out with something comparable. They are taking the $22,000 she paid for this van and telling her sorry "We can't help you." Scheduled my first free oil change online for my 2026 Black Edition Ridgeline. Received a call from Allen Honda to confirm my appointment and get my mileage. Drove a hour to get my oil change done and they came back 5 minutes later and said we can’t do the oil change because you only have 3100 miles and it needs to be over 5000 miles. I explained that the first oil change should always be early because the first is always the most critical for the engine.
