Honestly, one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any car dealership. Brought my car in MULTIPLE times for the same issue (I only needed a software update) and was told that, although I had an appointment, that they would need to keep my car for FOUR days with absolutely no warning in order to address this issue. They would not even allow us to bring the car home and bring it back on the day they could finally get to it "because we would lose our place in line" for the service.
