Great experience they really treat you like family and Paul was outstanding and if you need anything you should call and ask for Paul Hayes outstanding person and salesman.
Service dept is not very good. 4 appointments and vehicle has not been seen as of yet. Had an appointment for Friday at 7:30am only to arrive and be told you'll have to leave it and most likely will not be looked at till Monday. Sad way to do business, just one man's opinion.
I have been going to Leith Jeep for service for over 7 years. Most of the time they have taken care of my Jeep issues. That has not been the case currently. My Grand Cherokee Trailhawk has been at Leith Jeep for 10 days and counting. Mind you it’s covered under my current warranty but “Chris” my advisor first say they wanting for warranty approval and the parts are available, now they can’t find a right air strut in all of NC. Extremely disappointing experience with Leith Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I brought my Chrysler Pacifica in because the vehicle has been STALLING — While driving on a highway the engine just shuts off and I had to coast to a safe stopping area — obviously a serious concern, especially when the vehicle is used regularly and needs to be dependable. Absolutely horrible experience with this dealership. I bought my wife a 2024 minivan the beginning of this year in January. To start off when we were being shown van options, the sales person assured us that none of them were hybrids as we did not want One. Come to find out the one he sold us is absolutely a hybrid. Since having the van we have had nothing but problems.
