Wendell Location… I made some mistakes and it cost me $305. Vehicle was dropped off overnight. I was floored when estimate was given. Diagnostics was $250 which I confirmed is double that of some other area Jeep service centers. Labor would have been $250/hour and 3 hours were estimated to replace a Jeep part (ignition switch) that others have actually replaced themselves in less than an hour. The best dealer I have ever walked into The service advisors are fantastic. Respectful helpful i would definitely buy a vehicle from them. I've had a lot of Dodge trucks, and I will own another one. And I will purchase it from this place. I would recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a ram truck, because that's the only truck that I would buy
We took our 2021 Dodge Ram truck to have the DEF system repaired. After a few days and $2,400 we were told the truck was ready. We made it a few miles down the road and the truck again was going into "limp" mode due to the DEF system. We carried the truck back to the dealership. After a few days they tell us they cannot fix the problem or don't know what the problem is. We declined any further work from them.
