The main mower belt broke, Elon had a couple. Looked over "how to install " he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Put new on, followed diagram...Back in beeswax!! Thank you!
I hate to bash a local business but so far the level of service has been unacceptable. We dropped off our 9-month-old electric Ryobi lawnmower for service under warranty over 3 months ago now and have yet to hear anything. This was the only service center for battery operated Ryobis in the greater DMV.
