The Leisure Time team with their focus on honest customer support are excellent! We recently purchase a new hot tub from them and Casey and Tom walked us through everything. We were one of the very rare customers that had a maintenance issue after receiving the new hot tub but Casey and Tom were very responsive and worked with the manufacturer to get them resolved. Leisuretime has made owning our pool a breeze! We are first time pool owners, Tom, Casey, and his team have been extremely helpful teaching us how to use our pool and diagnosing our pools problems. We needed a new filter for our pool and Lesiuretime was able to have it installed within days after purchasing it! Great customer service, professional and friendly! Highly recommend them!
Won't ever go back. Poor service and attitude. No returns policy on anything. There are plenty of other places that will take care of you. I live 1.5 miles away, but haven't shopped here since multiple bad experiences. Wonder how they stay in business.
