Very dependable and knowledgeable staff. Customer care is tops.
I am amazed at the work that was done on my fireplace by this company! Eliseo and Mike spent a lot of time adjusting and perfecting the odd sized opening for my fireplace doors. They were consistently professional, patient and honest. They spent a great deal of time making sure that the doors would fit perfectly. Thanks for the wonderful job.
We had issues. Our ancient unit, in the house when we moved in, was not working consistently. Since parts were not available, a new log set was installed. The product did not function properly. Justin, Daniel and Emily were "on it" and took care of the situation in a couple of days. My husband and I have both been self-employed so we understand what it means when a company needs to go the extra distance and DOES!
Jeff and Bryan were great to work with and very helpful in making my fireplace choice.
Purchased and had them install a Delta II fireplace last year. Sitting here this morning and enjoying it. Great people to work with. Thanks.
