Called store, put an item on hold, gave credit card, was told that they put my name on item. Drove from Chicago to pick item up. They inform me they do not have the item. Manger could not understand why I was upset. Losers. How do they stay in business. Dishonest, incompetent and rude.

Customer service and product that keeps me coming back – I usually have real particular taste when I go shopping for items like patio furniture, pool tables, and other items. Numerous times they have taken the time to find the product for me and take care of any problems I may have or questions down the road. I think most people get confused on this site that its a family owned store, if there is a problem I don't think they can take a huge return, but they can alleviate a problem or fix it. Avoid buying from this company – This past summer I spent over $4000.00 to fix my hot tub that was leaking that I purchased from Leisure World about 9 years ago. After it was repaired I noticed within a week or 2 of the repair that the tub was still losing some water (albeit not as much as it had been). They came out and said it must have been leaking from one of the pillows and they attempted to fix a hose line that connected the pillow to the spa. Terrible Customer Service – I ordered a patio set from Leisure World at the end of May. When I first ordered it, it was suppose to be "in stock" and delivered within a week. They called me a day later and said it would take 4-5 weeks because it wasn't in stock. It was delivered in mid-June with a granite cover that did not fit properly. It's 3 months later and I still haven't received the complete part to my set. The service manager is hostile and is blaming the issue on the manufacturer.
