This apartment complex looks like a lovely 55+ community that is quiet and well maintained.
My experience has been good and bad. I like my apartment's location. The people around me are considerate. What I don't like is the security here. My neighbor approximately one month ago had her car broken into. About a year ago I was walking downstairs when I saw four teenagers on property about 6:30 in the morning. They saw me and began to approach I retreated back to the apartment fearful, They ran and left. The next day they came back and stole a tenants car. They were arrested and car was found in Kuna. I have lived here now for over 1 year and I am so blessed to be living here still. I live in the back surrounded by the beautiful courtyard. It is quiet and so peaceful, the maintenance man keeps the grounds looking so nice. Every one is so friendly and will welcome you with a smile and invite you to our every Saturday for Coffee and Donuts. Come visit, You won’t be disappointed!
I would like to take this time tell you about The Lillian Apartments. We moved here on March 2000 and have enjoyed living here. The Lillian was sold about 4 year's ago. I have to admit it was a Rough time. Any change is hard. We have a clubhouse which we enjoy decorating for the seasons. We plan potlucks and some activities and several people play cards.
