In the 8 mo.. I've lived here its been quiet. Sometimes the neighbors get into your business. The office staff have part time hours and even then are hit and miss if their in; they also show an unfair favoritism to some residents so if your not a favorite, thats your problem... But it is very quiet. Some residents do all the clubhouse decorations, flyers, newsletters, calendar, and activities. If your crafty and want to get involved, this is a great place for that.
I've been here 3 years now I love it the maintance man on site tc is great I've had problems with the up stairs leaking down on me .& tc had got right on top of it .he's through he cleaned up the mess got it fixed & even vacumed my floor around the space where the mess was & covered everything doing the sheet rock messes .floor & my furniture around the area that I couldn't move. The Lillian Apartments are never delayed in their maintenance. I've lived in apartments my entire adult life. To have the grounds maintained and repairs so promptly and efficiently care for~~~hats off to The Lillian Apartments!!!!
Nicely maintained, well-managed small complex for 55+ community. Neighbors are quiet, great location! I've lived her for more than a year and I'm very happy here.
