I recently purchased a used Toy hauler from lake city camping world. They are full of lies and don't return calls. And will not fix your rv! So...i went to camping world in Dover and explained the situation to AMBER COVINGTON. (Service Advisor). She immediately made room in her schedule to get my rv repaired. Every day she called to give me status report. Within one week all repairs were made and made right. Amber is a true professional, she now's the rvs, the parts and what it take to make the repairs. DO NOT BUY A CAMPER FROM THIS PLACE. We made the mistake in mid May and wish we would have gone somewhere that appreciated our business. We should have known there was going to be problems from day one. We were scheduled to have our walk through and when we arrived, the unit wasn't ready. We were having the bed replaced and one of the toilets, neither had been done. In fact, the toilet was sitting in a box next to the unit. Great service from Bud on getting an issue corrected on my new Miramar RV. I was visiting Nashvile and I purchase a new RV. While I live in NC, he contacted Thor, spoke to Stephanie and she reach our to her service tech Dean. They were both great and I want to thank Larry in sales at the dealer also for getting this issue resolved. Cullum & Maxey were outstanding and need to be recognized for their service.
We bought a one year old class C RV from Camping World in August 2016. We have had several issues with the vehicle, not their fault because it was a used vehicle,.Camping World has gone beyond our expectations with making sure it was fixed or replaced and working properly. We have been working with James he is such a delight. He's always helpful and willing to make sure that everything Camping World does we are happy with. I would definitely recommend them for any of your needs. Great staff we love it there !
