Was going to purchase brand new trailer and slide did not work - they held us there all afternoon attempting to fix it never offered lunch, drink, nothing!! After 4 hours of no communication we got up and left!! We went to National Travelers in Conway (30 miles north) and got a great deal with great service!!
Brought a great travel trailer from Susan Ramos at RV World in Dover,Fl.She was wonderful with her explanations and help with answering all my questions.So, glad I got my trailer from her.
Customer service is non-existent. I have never left a negative review anywhere before, but the fact that I have an overpriced camper that I can't use, warrants one. My 1st payment was due, but I had never been contacted by the bank as to how or where I should make my payment. Since the finance manager didn't have the info readily available, the dealership had to make my payment for me, 3 days late, and I reimbursed them. 5/16/18 Drove 87 miles to keep a appointment set by CW to have a vent fan and two vent covers installed. When fan and covers were ordered was given a ball park price for parts and labor $400-$450. First work order at check in was $900+dollars. After refusing that and all there explanations as to why I was not told this or that I agreed for them to proceed with as estimated cost of $700+. Took our coach to camping world for Columbia SC. The service lady that helped was was 100% excellent, but the technicians in the shops leave a lot to be desired. When we told them that we believe that our dc inverter was not working properly they told they would check it out. In a couple of days the called, we went back and was told it was our barriers and that we needed new ones. Ours were only a yr old and we ask that preach check again. Hats off to Bill McDonald, service advisor, and the service department at CW Hamburg. We faced a very expensive repair for our Onan Generator. Our area RV repair shop wouldn't touch our generator, so we found ourselves seeking an estimate at the Buffalo-area Cummins/Onan authorized dealer. After the sticker shock of a $2400 estimate, we found ourselves at Camping World. Ok so never ever take your trailer to a Camping World to get worked on for warranty or other. We took ours on October 17th to get a 360 inspection done, tanks flushed and some minor repairs done. Well by mid November they had not even started on our fifth wheel, then by December they said all the parts had been ordered and we would have our trailer by the end of the month.
