From our first contact for a quote for a replacement shade sail, we received professional, polite and friendly service from Todd and Helen. We were impressed with the fact that when they said they would be on site they were there at the time stated, give or take a few minutes. When time came for installation, Mitchell carried out the job with care and efficiency whilst being friendly and polite. Would not hesitate in recommending Mister Shade.
We had shade sails installed yesterday and the product has been professionally installed. The guys who installed were courteous and rectified an incorrect mounting pole very promptly (simple mix up with name on pole). Clean up at the end was also nicely done. Hence we would recommend their services at this time.
AVOID!! Mister Shade constructed and erected a steel structure and shade sail over our pool. Quoted price - around $60,000. The first time it rained, the structure buckled and almost collapsed with someone standing under it. Surprised no one was killed. Now we're forced to sue them to recover our money. I would NEVER engage this company.
Excellent service, great follow up and absolutely recommended them to anyone a shade. We are a very satisfied and happy customer.
A great company and great product. The final shade sail was beautiful, and perfectly installed. Our new sail looks wonderful. They followed up speedily on every query re progress etc. Helen & the boys were a pleasure to deal with.
