To anyone interested my experience. 1. Contacted them to ask for a quote 2. Email reply saying that they will get back to me in a couple of days to confirm an appointment to come out. 3. Heard nothing back for a week. 4. Paul (the owner) arrives at my house unannounced then leave swearing that I wasn’t home (seen this on my home camera) 5. I’d give Mister Shade more than 10/10 if I could! We had a shade sail installed in our courtyard a few months ago, and it has been absolutely phenomenal. From the initial quote to the installation - and now, months later, actually enjoying it - the entire experience has been seamless and impressive. The quality is top-notch, the pricing is incredibly reasonable, and the overall value is unbeatable. I honestly don’t think you’ll find better. Highly recommend!

From our first contact for a quote for a replacement shade sail, we received professional, polite and friendly service from Todd and Helen. We were impressed with the fact that when they said they would be on site they were there at the time stated, give or take a few minutes. When time came for installation, Mitchell carried out the job with care and efficiency whilst being friendly and polite. Would not hesitate in recommending Mister Shade.
