I bought a BEAST Storyteller Overland from them and have had the best customer service experience. Zach in the service department has been exceptional in his availability and going above and beyond. I feel safe on the road knowing I have someone to contact for help if needed. I’m on the road from San Antonio to Maine and Zach helped me arrange for needed help in Virginia and followed up to be sure I was taken care of. I am grateful for his help. Highly recommend this place!
Winnebago dealers are totally incompetent to provide service. This group is the exception. Absolutely brilliant, easy to work with. Needed to replace balmar alternator on my ekko. Katie helped ensure spares were there before we arrive. Zak was incredible in sorting out the repair. This group hustles. They never too busy to help. Absolute exception to the normal level of in-service from Winnebago dealers. 5star plus plus. Genuinely good people.
Not new to the RV life, my wife and I purchased from Leisure RV in Willis, Texas. We had recently got out of a larger RV and downsized.
