I’ve used Leisure RV Center in the past and have always been satisfied with their service. I needed some repairs done on my 2020 Winnebago Navion and dropped it off at Leisure RV Center. I worked with Service Advisor Jennifer Benner. She was very knowledgeable about the type of RV I had and guided me through the recommended inspections and repairs. Nice dealership. Everyone made my wife and I very comfortable. I called and spoke with Quintin (Sales) concerned that the RV will not fit in my back yard. We had a 400 mile ride so Quintin took some measurements which was great. Terry (General Manager) showed the RV and let us spend several hours checking it out. Jennifer and Kathleen helped me lots with the recalls on my RV. Their assistance was very helpful. Adam helped me with a Starlink Mini installation and it is working out very well.
Let me start with, have never before received such great service. When I called in on a Saturday and left a message for the service department (which was closed on Saturday), I received a call back from Sales stating they would make sure service returned my call. Jennifer and Kathleen in Service were both prompt getting back to me and answering my questions if they could handle an Airstream.
