I moved in there once because i had no other choice.Outdated apts and appliances.dirty people and the building I moved into was filthy and nothing but trash all around outside the front side of the building and there was even a dead raccon that had layed there for who knows how long.My children and I had to clean it up because no one else including the maintance people would do it.we even had to clean up piles of garbage and trash arounf the dumpster because they wouldnt.that was years ago and it still is no better they neve... read more

Across the street from the berrien county landfill. The landfill smells, which in turn makes the whole complex smell. half way remodeled buildings. Dirty tenants
