Company came on the wrong date, left the hose on for the water and tried to gaslight me into thinking they told me that they are leaving the water on but did not mention it once. Our backyard was almost flooded due to this after realizing 5 hours later they left it on. The guy with the white beard stated that because they came on the wrong date, the cleaning would be free. The next day I was sent an invoice and after I informed them that the guy mentioned it would be free, they cancelled all future services with us. Incredib... read more
