It was a pleasure working with the Leisure Pools Team! Maria was extremely informative on the process of the project; from the first showroom visit to the full installation with regards to craning, etc. She had answers to all of our questions and provided insightful advice. The transparency and level of care was greatly appreciated and would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Heather was point person and responded immediately to organize technician to come and troubleshoot why one set of hot tub jets were not working. Demonstrated concern that issue got resolved, and text to let me know when technician was coming (eta) and if there were traffic delays and service needed to get rescheduled. Company stood behind product and part was replaced under warranty, as well as the service calls.
