Absolutely terrible customer service !!!!! I wouldn’t buy anything from them even if they had the last boat around. Tell you that they are calling and setting up appointments to sell the boat on Monday and they turn around and sold the boat on Saturday. First of all they lied about when they were selling the boat. As a customer how does that possibly work. Put yourself in the customers place idiots !!!! And there excuse is that they had so many calls on the boat and couldn’t handle it. Terrible business practice. They posted a 2014 legend xcalibur 16 on FB marketplace well below market value. Held off offers, refuse to show it. Said will contact and schedule appt for Monday when it is out of storage. Staged it to drive buyers interest and now they tell me it is sold on a Sat. Stay away from this dealer.
Friendly, professional and honest. Service to my boat was done on time and within the budget.
Stay away from this dealership. Once they get your money service ends. If you expect a call back from Rob the owner good luck. Worst service I’ve ever had.
