When I first used this company 5 years or so ago I was happy with the service. Now I believe their focus is more on installs as compared to maintenance. For the last 2 years we have used them for startup and shutdown. Last year was not good, this year was worse. I believe that the startup simply involved starting the system up, not checking sprinkler heads, excetera. They were the best price in town so I was a little cautious, but they did fantastic work! Was able to get everything done in a timely matter and done right. It is hard to get a hold of anyone by phone because they are so busy, but once you do it’s a smooth process.

The manager for the sprinkler department is impossible to get ahold of and won’t return calls. I had an appointment for two weeks - the crew came to my house unprepared for the job and weren’t able to do the work. I’ll be switching to Greenup for any future needs.
